RETURN, REFUND, and CANCELLATION POLICY:
Products purchased from Mercury Sound and Lighting may be returned unopened or defective within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. For items ordered and delivered to either our office or the customer, this means 14 days from the date the customer acquires the equipment. Date of acquisition is either the date the equipment was picked up from our office or the date the equipment was delivered to the customer based on the delivery company’s tracking number. Opened products may be exchanged within 14 days for credit toward another purchase. After 14 days, no returns or refunds will be considered. Products found to be defective after 14 days will require remedy under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. We are happy to assist with this process.
Rental and event orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before Job Start Date for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation 1 to 6 days prior to Job Start Date will not be refunded for the deposit amount paid. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to Job Start Date will be billed the full amount of the Quote. Cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, weather, etc.) will be charged only actual costs incurred by Mercury.
