- Please return order form (2) weeks prior to event load-in date. Once order is submitted, you will receive a final order within 24 hours of submission.
- On-site contact must be present at time of delivery. Additional labor charge may apply if client is not present at time of delivery.
- Pricing does not include any potential union, drayage, or facility fees.
- All confirmed orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee within 48 hours of the event.
- Additional labor may be required for extensive set-ups. Any additional labor needs will be communicated by Mercury and represented on the final order.
- Client assumes responsibility for all items once delivered. Additional charges will be required for damaged or unreturned equipment.
